Base pay range

$145,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

*Insight Global is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients within the construction industry!*

**This position is fully onsite Mon-Fri in Pomona, CA - it also requires travel nationwide 20-30% of the time to effectively oversee and manage construction projects onsite. Candidates must be local to Pomona and comfortable with these onsite/travel requirements!**

Job Description:

Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

Duration: Permanent (FTE)

Type: Fully Onsite; 5 days/week (Mon-Fri)

Additional Requirements: Travel nationwide 20-30% of time (Mon-Fri, will be home weekends)

Required Skills and Experience:

7+ years of experience in construction project management
Excellent experience in project management Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/ Waterfall
Experience in fast paced remodel, tenant-improvement, multi-site roll out
Strong background with Big-Box Retail, QSR/Fast Casual Restaurants
Ability to manage multiple sites and crews/teams at any given time
Good understanding of MEP Building Systems
Familiarity with Project Management software
Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

OSHA 30 Certification or knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.

At this level, the Senior Project Manager oversees projects with greater complexity, larger scopes, and longer timelines. These projects often involve innovative or advanced design and construction techniques, alternative contracting methods, and intricate facilities features. The role demands strong communication, diplomacy, and influence skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

20-30% travel nationwide is required for this role.

Compensation:

$145,000 to $170,000 per year annual salary.
