Job summary

UCCU is seeking a Construction Servicing Specialist II to manage construction loan servicing tasks for residential and commercial projects. You will process draws, monitor budgets, ensure compliance, and maintain strong member relationships throughout the construction lifecycle.

The role requires experience in construction loan servicing, knowledge of draw documentation, and the ability to coordinate with Mortgage and Servicing teams to convert projects to long-term financing.

Qualifications

• Experience processing and monitoring construction draws and related documentation.
• Ability to review project budgets, inspections, and approvals.
• Proficiency in maintaining lien, insurance, and regulatory documentation.
• Strong member-service and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor residential and commercial construction draws.
• Complete draw documentation and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Officers, Underwriting, and Servicing for seamless transitions.
• Maintain project budgets and track loan maturity dates.
• Monitor construction portfolios and respond to servicing exceptions.
• Support vendor and payment administration processes.
