Job summary

MACU seeks an experienced professional to assist the Commercial Construction Manager in overseeing the commercial construction lending process, developing relationships with builders, contractors and professionals to generate referrals and promote lending activity.

You will review appraisals, third-party reports and credit analyses to ensure a comprehensive review process, support loan officers, monitor portfolio risk and coordinate with inspectors, title companies and borrowers to ensure timely

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
Four years commercial lending or related experience in a financial setting.
Experience with construction lending preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing administration of commercial construction loan requests and files.
Oversee loan documentation, funding and disbursement of construction funds.
Perform property inspections during the course of construction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and credit union policies.
