Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Relationship Administrator III for Construction Servicing to manage a high-volume portfolio of complex CRE construction loans. You will independently review draw packages, monitor budgets, and coordinate with client managers, borrowers, and title companies to ensure compliance and timely funding.

The role requires strong knowledge of lending concepts, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and servicing platforms.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Construction Loan Servicing, Construction Loan Administration, or Construction Draw Administration.
• Strong knowledge of construction lending concepts: draw administration, budgets, funding mechanics, AIA applications, lien waivers, title insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; ability to influence, collaborate, and coordinate servicing activities across partners.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with servicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and process construction draw requests, including analysis of draw packages, lien waivers, inspection reports, title updates, budgets, and funding sources.
• Monitor budgets, funding activity, borrower equity contributions, and multiple funds to ensure compliance with loan documentation.
• Identify, research, and resolve construction, title, documentation, and funding-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and detailed tracking of budgets, funding activity, loan balances, and project performance using Excel and servicing systems.
• Ensure construction loans remain in compliance with servicing requirements and risk management standards.
• Collaborate with borrowers, relationship managers, credit partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely funding and servicing.
• Monitor documentation requirements and exceptions, including principal, interest, fees, and past dues.
• Daily client and business partner interactions via phone and email.
