Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in commercial banking in a centralized lending environment or equivalent.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other internet resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-loan booking customer draw requests in a timely manner.
• Review and organize documentation for advance requests to ensure funds availability.
• Adhere to policies on customer callback and authentication and comply with Federal Regulations for Ground Up Construction.
• Assist with training and mentoring Credit Specialist I & II job families.
