Inabia-Software- is seeking an experienced Florida-certified construction paralegal to join a litigation team in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate has at least five years of practical experience in all phases of complex litigation and hands-on trial support.

Experience with Relativity, CaseMap, LiveNote and Trial Director is preferred. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with potential travel.

Formación

• Florida-certified paralegal required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in all phases of complex litigation.
• Hands-on experience with trials preferred.
• Degree or paralegal certificate required.
• Experience with litigation support tools such as Relativity, CaseMap, LiveNote, and Trial Director preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Willingness to overtime and travel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate assembly of exhibits and appendices for court papers, witness sets, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Set up and manage war rooms for trials and/or arbitrations.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Draft routine correspondence, memoranda, subpoenas, summons, and other legal documents.
• Conduct factual or legal research.
• Examine public records and monitor legislative and administrative proceedings.
• Locate witnesses and trace documents and other physical evidence.
• Communicate with partners, Litigation Support, IT, and administrative staff.
• Maintain knowledge of procedural and court rules and docketing procedures.
• Handle e-filing processes and e-discovery rules.
