Job summary

The position is hybrid with Tampa, Orlando, and Miami offices. The role requires at least one year of paralegal experience (ABA-approved certification preferred), a high school diploma, and construction defects experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of paralegal experience required.
• Construction defects experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Handle case intake and research property records; update docketing with claim details.
• Monitor arbitration filings inbox and relay deadlines to docketing.
• Communicate priority issues to attorneys and paralegals.
• Submit invoices in Emburse Chrome River and AAA invoices.
• Update claims database and meet daily deadlines.
• Contribute to achieving billable hour expectations.
