Qualifications

• 7+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Construction defect litigation experience highly desired.
• Licensed Florida Bar in good standing.
• Strong legal research and persuasive writing.
• Excellent client service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions.
• Respond to motions and discovery requests.
• Attend or chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings; negotiate settlements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
