Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience in general liability defense.
• Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Strong research and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Help run and assist with managinga caseload of general liability defense matters
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents
• Conduct and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
• Analyze claims, develop case strategies, and provide thoughtful recommendations to clients
• Negotiate settlements and assist with cases through all stages of litigation
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and team members
