Qualifications

• 7+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Experience in construction defect litigation is highly desired.
• Ability to draft and argue motions with strong written and oral advocacy.
• Hybrid role based in Florida offices.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions.
• Respond to motions and discovery requests.
• Attend or chair hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings; negotiate settlements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients in a fast-paced environment.
