Platinum Legal Search Group, LLC is recruiting for a Construction Litigation Attorney to join its Miami practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling complex construction litigation matters and will play a meaningful role within a strong, collaborative team.

The position offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership and clients on significant matters in Florida’s dynamic legal market.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• 5–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation.
• State and federal trial experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation matters from inception through trial.

Responsabilidades

• Review, analyze, and evaluate litigation matters effectively.
• Draft, review, and edit pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in state and federal courts.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution while meeting client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet annual billable hour requirements and accurately record time.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategy and achieve successful outcomes.
