• Ability and confidence to manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Law firm experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial disputes and Florida construction litigation matters.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Analyze legal and factual issues and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Communicate with clients and provide support throughout the litigation process.
• Work collaboratively with partners, senior attorneys, and other members of the litigation team.
