• Experience in construction (CD) claims and A/E claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Represent government entities, public and private developers, general contractors, subcontractors/artisans, and design professionals in design and construction defect and fee disputes.
• Defend construction accident claims arising from scaffold systems, shoring, demolition, and heavy machinery on various projects.
• Candidates with substantive litigation experience and interest in construction law are welcome, even without prior construction law experience.
