Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking junior and senior associates to join our New York construction litigation group. This dedicated seat handles serious, complex work, including NY Labor Law defense under Sections 240 and 241, with meaningful courtroom exposure.

You will manage depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts, advising clients on strategy and risk, drafting pleadings, and collaborating with partners on case direction. Hybrid in-office schedule applies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience with a focus on construction or related claims.
• New York Bar admission is required; New Jersey Bar is a plus.
• Experience with Sections 240 and 241 of NY Labor Law.

Responsibilities

• Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts with meaningful independence.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk management, and insurance coverage issues; draft pleadings and discovery.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy; respond to catastrophic loss events with quick, clear thinking.
