Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–9 years of construction law experience, a JD from an ABA-accredited school, and active NY or NJ bar admission. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of dedicated Construction Law experience.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Bar Admission in good standing in NY or NJ.
• Experience in construction litigation, contract structuring, dispute resolution, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute construction litigation lifecycles.
• Draft and negotiate technical construction contracts and project documents.
• Lead ADR processes including mediation and arbitration.
• Provide risk management counsel and contract reviews.
