Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts investigations of multi-party construction bodily injury and property damage liability claims across jurisdictions.
• Own the full claim lifecycle from coverage analysis and reserving to negotiation and resolution.
• Mentor and elevate team performance by coaching less experienced adjusters.
• Participate in Suit Committees, Roundtables, Arbitrations, Mediations, and field investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
