Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist II to manage construction liability, bodily injury and GL property damage claims. You will lead investigations, evaluate exposure and negotiate settlements, often coordinating with counsel and clients.

This is a remote role with occasional in-office requirements for certain locations. You will mentor teammates, oversee case loads, and help drive efficient, outcome-focused resolutions while supporting a culture of accountability and growth.

Qualifications

• Moderate technical expertise handling construction liability, bodily injury and property damage claims.
• Ability to handle multi-party claims, risk transfer, and negotiations with counsel.
• Licensing required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Investigate multi-party construction claims across jurisdictions.
• Manage full claim lifecycle from analysis to negotiation and resolution.
• Provide guidance on coverage, liability, and strategy to teammates.
• Participate in committees, roundtables, arbitrations and field investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
