Job summary

gpac invites applications for a Partner Level Attorney to join the team and work on a broad range of construction-law matters, representing clients and delivering strategic legal counsel. The role focuses on high-caliber service, research-driven advice, and collaborative teamwork to advance client outcomes.

Qualified candidates have a JD, active bar admission, 6+ years of experience, and demonstrated strengths in research, analysis, and communication.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission and in good standing with applicable bar associations.
• 6+ years of experience practicing law.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed and strategic advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients on a variety of legal issues.
• Stay current with changes in the law and industry trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve client objectives.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
