Gpac is seeking an experienced Construction Attorney in Florida to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent negotiation and communication skills and have a Juris Doctor degree with admission to the Florida Bar.

Qualifications

- Represent clients in construction litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Advise clients on construction claims, lien law, and defect disputes.
- Assist clients with regulatory compliance and licensing issues.
- Conduct risk analysis and provide proactive legal counsel.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies for disputes.
