Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a caseload of construction-related injury claims from intake through resolution.
• Advocate for clients throughout the legal process—draft pleadings, and participate in depositions.
• Evaluate accident circumstances, gather evidence, and build legal strategies.
