FlatironDragados, leading the SR 400 Express Lanes project in Atlanta, seeks an Insurance Claim Manager to safeguard the program and optimize claims processes. You will drive risk-informed decision‑making, coordinating with carriers, brokers, and legal counsel to resolve complex insured claims and ensure compliance across the project lifecycle.

You will oversee claim reporting to leadership, monitor loss trends, and identify cost-saving risk controls for a multi‑billion-dollar infrastructure

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 7+ years experience in construction insurance or claims management.
• Experience handling general liability and builder's risk claims.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and claims administration.
• Construction project experience preferred; CRIS designation is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Manages claims procedures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Selects and works with external counsel on litigated insured claims and ensures timely responses.
• Reviews billing and invoices to ensure correct coding and timely payment; tracks erosion of deductibles.
• Supports bid review by advising on insurance coverage needs and risk factors for construction projects.
• Develops and distributes reports on loss runs, litigation status, and resolutions to Safety and Operations leadership.
• Identifies cost-control measures and tracks trend analysis to support company-wide insurance.
