Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect main and service installations within the City of Richmond.
• Assigning work, ensuring compliance with daily reporting, and project closeout completion by the team.
• Review construction permit applications and inspection reports regarding equipment and facilities.
• Investigate and mediate inspection-related disputes.
• Ensure safe operation and code compliance within the work zone.
• Investigate accidents and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate inspection schedules, write and review daily reports.
• Conduct inspections and prepare field notes; submit as-builts during closeout.
