Qualifications

• Associate degree with 6 years journey level experience; Bachelor's with 4 years journey level experience.
• Requires valid driver's license and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect local construction projects to ensure compliance with city policies.
• Test construction materials and document results for reports.
• Prepare monthly estimates and daily material measurements for capital projects.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and engineers on complex inspections.
• Review plans, blueprints and building regulations for conformity.
