Job summary

Bodwé is the Professional Services Group of Mno-Bmadsen, providing construction quality management and QA support for federal projects such as WRNMMC. The position requires extensive field inspection, on-site surveillance, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Travel to project sites is periodic; candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and obtain/maintain a Real ID or passport. OSHA 30-hr and CQM-C are required within 90 days of on-site work.

Qualifications

• Ten years of field experience in construction/renovation/modernization mechanical disciplines.
• Experience with USACE Three-Phase Inspection Process.
• Experience with USACE EM 385-1-1; Safety and Health Requirements.
• Certifications: OSHA 30-hr, CQM-C; familiarity with CE-SOHMS.
• Must have or obtain Real ID or Passport for travel; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs for contract compliance, constructability, and technical correctness.
• Evaluate submittals, shop drawings, samples, and RFIs; provide written comments and responses to COR.
• Perform on-site surveillance of construction activities and monitor testing.
• Review schedules for performance deficiencies and delays; recommend corrective actions.
• Attend progress meetings and support safety spot checks; assist in change Requests and claims analysis.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, inspection checklists, and closeout documentation.
