You’ll translate plans into action, read blueprints, manage schedules, mentor foremen, and address issues before they escalate, ensuring work is completed per specs, on time, and within budget. This role demands strong communication and proactive problem solving.

Formación

• Several years of progressive construction field experience.
• Previous experience as a Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and field operations.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise crews and coordinate multiple activities.
• Strong blueprint and plan-reading skills.
• Solid understanding of project schedules and construction sequencing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands without losing sight of the big picture.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and jobsite safety.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on leadership across daily field operations, coordinating with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and craft professionals.
• Direct and coordinate field crews to maintain productivity, quality, and schedule.
• Review project plans, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work to understand what needs to happen and when.
• Organize manpower, equipment, materials, and daily activities to stay ahead of schedule.
• Provide clear direction to Foremen and craft personnel.
• Monitor production and identify potential schedule issues before they escalate.
• Coordinate multiple crews and activities across the project.
• Work with project leadership to establish priorities and communicate field conditions.
• Maintain understanding of project schedules and upcoming work.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, site access, and manpower requirements.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and company standards.
• Inspect completed and ongoing work for quality and completeness.
• Identify deficiencies and drive quick corrective action.
• Troubleshoot field issues and develop practical solutions to keep production moving.
• Communicate daily progress, manpower needs, and schedule concerns to leadership.
• Support project scheduling and coordinate short-term and look-ahead planning.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain safety, quality, productivity, and schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure readiness for inspectors.
• Monitor site logistics and adjust plans as field conditions change.
• Track productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Mentor Foremen, Leadmen, and less-experienced field personnel.
• Hold crews accountable while maintaining a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Participate in project meetings and provide valuable field insight.
