Qualifications

• Knowledge of Commercial Insolvency and Bankruptcy Court proceedings
• Strong credit and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze borrowers’ and guarantors’ financials and 13-week cash flows to monitor performance and covenants.
• Coordinate with Credit Quality Assurance on PD ratings and potential charge-offs.
• Work with counsel in bankruptcy and court proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, banks, vendors for portfolio insights.
• Adhere to risk controls and regulatory standards.
