Job summary

Fisher Brothers Exteriors in Gap, PA seeks a Controller to provide financial leadership over accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, and administrative operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and advanced Excel; BI reporting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in construction, remodeling, or related trades is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, AP and admin operations.
• Collaborate with Director of Finance and CEO to strengthen controls and inform decisions.
• Monitor financial and operational risk and support sound business decisions.
