Job summary

Fisher Brothers Exteriors, based in Gap, Pennsylvania, seeks a Controller to lead accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, and admin operations. You will partner with the Director of Finance and CEO to strengthen financial controls and support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting/finance, with construction/remodeling industry experience and proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and BI tools. CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; at least seven years of progressive accounting/finance experience; CPA a plus.
• Experience in the construction, remodeling, or related trades industry preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and advanced Excel; Power BI or BI tools preferred.
• Community involvement is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, A/P and administrative operations.
• Support Director of Finance and CEO to monitor financial risk and maintain controls.

Fisher Brothers Exteriors is seeking a Controller to provide financial leadership and oversight of the company's accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, and administrative operations. The Controller will work closely with the Director of Finance and CEO to support the organization's financial strengths and operational goals. This Controller role will play an important part in monitoring financial and operational risk, maintaining effective controls, and providing the information needed to support sound business decisions. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction, remodeling, or project-based services industry and enjoys contributing across both financial and operational aspects of the business. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred; candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of progressive accounting, finance, or equivalent business experience, including demonstrated leadership responsibility; CPA, a plus
