Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee field operations on complex facility and infrastructure projects. This on-site role serves as the primary representative, ensuring work aligns with requirements, quality standards, and schedule.

You will lead field teams from kickoff through completion, provide technical guidance, coordinate with contractors and inspectors, and support commissioning and project closeout across diverse sites nationwide. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of construction oversight, inspection, or field engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, clients, and project teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management or scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel and work at project sites as needed.
