Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Mechanical construction experience in HVAC and/or plumbing preferred.
• Experience developing Project Managers and construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong client relationships and business communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work with both office and field teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple commercial mechanical construction projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, costs, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Identify project risks and develop effective solutions with project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and partners.
• Participate in preconstruction planning, project pursuits, contract negotiations, and project turnover.
• Oversee the development and execution of project schedules and operational plans.
• Support project teams with contract management, change orders, procurement, and closeout.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and growth.
• Encourage use of technology, innovation, and best practices.
