F.L. Crane in Nashville is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to oversee building projects from conception to completion. You will read blueprints, prepare estimates, develop budgets, and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

This role requires 8+ years in estimating or PM in drywall/acoustical/flooring/metal framing trades; a Bachelor's in engineering or related field is preferred; PMP is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building construction, math-based degree, or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years in estimating or PM role within drywall/acoustical/flooring/metal framing trades.
• PMP certification is a bonus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Complete detailed estimates and prepare proposals before bid due dates.
• Read blueprints and technical documents to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, contractors, and sales to prepare estimates and bids.
• Maintain records of estimated and actual costs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to develop cost-efficient scopes.
• Establish communication schedules to update stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
