F.L. Crane is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager II to oversee the entire building process from start to finish on assigned projects.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and the project team to determine deliverables, budgets, schedules, permits, and vendor contracts, and to lead the build toward meeting safety and production goals. Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates and proposals, reading blueprints, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years in estimating or project management in drywall/acoustical/metal framing.
• PMP certification is a bonus.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes detailed estimates and prepares proposals before bid due dates.
• Read blueprints and technical documents to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, contractors, and sales to prepare bids.
• Calculate, analyze, and adjust estimates for costs such as time, materials and labor.
• Maintain records of estimated and actual costs.
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Establish communication with stakeholders on project progress.
• Supervise compliance with building and safety regulations.
