Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, materials, and building systems.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, specs, and technical documents.
• Proficient with estimating tools (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates across multiple construction disciplines.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost modeling, and scope analysis using industry tools.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify scope, risks, and cost drivers.
• Manage subcontractor outreach, bid packages, and proposal evaluations.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve issues and support value engineering.
• Assist with bid strategy, schedules, and final proposal development.
• Track market pricing trends and maintain historical cost data.
• Support project handoff by providing clear assumptions, documentation, and cost insights.
