Ausland Group is seeking an Estimator to oversee the estimating process for all construction projects, including schedule development, subcontracting plans, and material procurement. The role reports to the President and collaborates with the CEO on risk management and final bid reviews.

The Estimator will lead bid processes, coordinate with markets, and travel to job sites for bid walks, with relocation assistance possible to Grants Pass or Eugene, Oregon.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, or related major.
• 10+ years in Commercial/Industrial construction.
• 5+ years in construction cost estimating.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute estimating processes to ensure comprehensive bids and risk management.
• Develop initial project schedules and work plans for strategy and bidding.
• Coordinate requirements with business development and marketing for proposals.
