Job summary

NGL International, LLC is seeking a highly motivated estimator to cover Alaska projects with responsibilities spanning estimates for civil and earthwork, proposals, and supplier solicitations. You will produce cost estimates, schedules, and cost plans for government and commercial contracts while coordinating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in PM/Estimation for government contracts or a related field, with knowledge of Alaska logistics and IDIQ processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5 years of Alaska construction experience or a related bachelor’s degree.
• Experience estimating for government and commercial contracts including IDIQ/MATOC types.
• Proficient in preparing proposals, cost estimates and schedules under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for horizontal/vertical civil and earthwork projects for government and commercial work.
• Assist Project Managers with cost estimates for change orders and early project planning.
• Communicate requirements clearly with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain vendor/subcontractor base and analyze bids and proposals.
