Job summary

NANA Construction, LLC seeks an Electrical Estimator/Field Engineer in Alaska to plan, estimate, coordinate, and execute construction and engineering projects. You will analyze technical requirements, develop cost estimates, monitor budgets, and coordinate deliverables with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires five years of electrical estimating or field engineering experience, with oilfield estimating experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years Electrical Estimator and/or Field Engineer experience.
• Previous experience in industrial oilfield estimating.
• Driver’s License and a safe driving record for the past three years.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates for projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, proposals, and other technical documentation to develop bids and project plans.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering and construction activities to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, change orders, and engineering deliverables.
• Track project costs, analyze variances between estimated and actual costs, and recommend process improvements.
• Interface with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and commercial issues.
