Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating construction projects (concrete and asphalt).
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical docs.
• Familiar with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST).
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specs and docs to prepare accurate concrete/asphalt estimates.
• Calculate costs of labor, equipment, materials, and subs.
