Job summary
MPI, a long-established commercial contracting and construction management firm based in Denver, seeks a Construction Estimator to prepare estimates and proposals for conceptual projects and assist in value engineering and procurement as needed.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, have 2–5 years estimating commercial ground-up and tenant-improvement projects, and be proficient with MS Office; experience with Bluebeam, Quick-bid and OST
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 2–5 years estimating commercial ground up and TI projects.
- Strong analytic and conceptual skills; ability to read drawings.
- Proficient with MS Office; experience with Bluebeam, Quick-bid, OST software.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates and proposals for conceptual projects.
- Complete assigned project estimates on deadlines and priorities.
- Prepare clear proposals for review by Lead Estimator.
- Assist in value engineering and procurement processes.
- Provide estimating assistance with Change Orders, as required.
