Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs and drawings to understand scope, regs, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOMs, and bids for proposals.
• Estimate materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs; develop budgets.
• Develop construction sequences, schedules, and phasing plans.
• Prepare cost reports and present estimates to stakeholders.
