Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 Years experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Review subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive and fair costs.
• Maintain and update estimating databases and cost records.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to project costs.
