Harmon, Inc. seeks a Construction Estimator III to analyze project documents and determine estimated costs, plus prepare material takeoffs for the Preconstruction Services Manager to bid competitively. You will join a team across the U.S. and collaborate closely with Preconstruction Services and Project Management teams.

Your role emphasizes safety, accuracy, timeliness, and budget adherence, with leadership responsibilities and strong mathematical and Excel skills to support bids and analyses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-year degree in Engineering, Technology or similar field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related estimating experience required.
• Construction experience required. Building façade experience preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating on a day-to-day basis.
• Contribute to project results by executing estimating process with few errors.
• Participate and drive takeoff efficiency through use of 3D technology.
• Partner with Preconstruction Services Managers and vendors to create accurate and on time bids.
