Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years' contractor experience.
• 10+ years in cost estimating or related field.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Guide performance, provide training, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate business plans into tactical action items and manage workflow.
• Lead staff in construction operations and manage project deliveries.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with KP standards.
• Apply metrics to plan, scope, and improve performance.
