Requires eight years of engineering experience, a PE license, and four years in supervision. Role offers hybrid work options with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of engineering experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Four (4) years of supervisory experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required and a valid PA driver’s license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Directs professional construction staff and consultants on multiple engineering projects.
• Determines staffing and resources to progress and complete construction activities.
• Oversees contractors to ensure on-time completion and budget compliance.
• Manages quality, safety, and efficiency per contract documents and permits.
• Provides guidance to resolve technical and administrative issues.
• Maintains project documentation and improves processes as needed.
• Participates in consultant selection, scope development, and contract administration.
• Conducts pre-bid, pre-construction, and progress meetings; delivers presentations.
• Supports project prioritization and safety awareness.
