Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of engineering experience with a bachelors degree.
• Four (4) years in a supervisory capacity.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by PA State Board.
• Valid drivers license; must obtain PA license within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff and consultants in construction engineering projects.
• Oversees staffing, resource planning, and training.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget while complying with contract documents.
• Reviews consultant invoices and administers consultant agreements.
• Maintains and improves procedures for documentation of field activities.
