Qualifications

• Eight years of engineering experience and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related discipline.
• Four years of experience must be in a supervisory capacity.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Valid driver’s license and PA residency within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff involved in quality control and contract management on multi-million-dollar construction projects.
• Oversees staffing and resource requirements and coordinates external consultants as needed.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget with schedule and cost control.
• Maintains procedures for documentation of field activities and improves processes.
• Leads meetings (pre-bid, pre-construction, progress) and presents project updates.
• Communicates with public and regulatory agencies and manages safety and compliance.
