Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Operations team on a project in Atlanta, GA. This full-time, in-person position requires managing onsite activities, validating contractor payments, and mentoring junior associates.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, with excellent communication and time management skills. Familiarity with construction tools like Bluebeam and SketchUp is a plus. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite trade activities from design to installation.
• Track and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.
• Manage cost control and issue resolution.
• Read and interpret construction design documents.
• Mentor and develop junior associates.
