Baxter & Woodman seeks a Construction Engineer IV in Peoria Heights, IL to lead IDOT and municipal construction oversight. You will manage on-site observation, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with contractors and residents.

The role requires a BS in Civil/Construction Engineering, 10+ years of IDOT or municipal project experience, and strong communication. PE license preferred, with a compensation range of 110k–140k and comprehensive benefits.
