Qualifications

Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent.
Ten years of work-related experience or equivalent if non-degreed.
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including coworkers, management, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Develop methods, techniques, and procedures for implementation and troubleshooting of construction work processes.
Support projects located in the office and in the field.
Analyze and recommend solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with project objectives.
Organize and prioritize a variety of assignments and multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
On larger projects, may function as the lead for construction support activities.
