Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction safety experience.
• CHST certification required or within 6 months of appointment.
• OSHA 30-hour training and current First Aid/CPR/BBP/AED certifications.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local EH&S regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S on a single construction project per HQ policy.
• Develop and implement safety programs and training for project teams.
• Assess safety risks and implement action plans to mitigate exposures.
• Review environmental reports and ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Manage and mentor the Project Safety team and participate in hiring/onboarding.
