Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate project activities establish priorities and staff to jobs. Prepare Summary Inspection Report of Daily activities.
• Oversee project controls including checking contractors’ controls, coordination of schedule, and reviewing constructors schedule.
• Review submittals for conformance to plans and specifications. Develop strategies with the contractor to create submittal packages that conform to schedule requirements.
• Implement the firm’s project delivery plan using SDA on each project. Lead the development and execution of the project management plan. Supervise and mentor team to overall project objectives.
• Provide interpretation and enforcement of contract plans and specifications. Develop strategies with the contractor to create submittal packages that conform to schedule requirements.
• Confirm change order requests, develop estimates, negotiate costs, and write change orders.
• Provide cost control on projects and quality control within discipline.
• Partner with Client Service Leaders to assist with business development for mega projects.
